About the role:
The Sr. Digital Accessibility Specialist will support two federal digital services contracts focused on improving the usability, accessibility, and performance of high-impact public-facing platforms. This role owns the accessibility approach across the contracts, serves as the primary SME, and is accountable for compliance outcomes, not just audits and recommendations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams to optimize content and information architecture to improve findability and user experience. You will also provide ongoing training to team members on accessibility standards, compliance, and guidelines. Internally, you will contribute to business development efforts, including writing and advising on solicitation responses, and championing accessibility across Bixal.

At Bixal, we support your professional journey, ensuring your experience reflects our inclusive, purpose-driven culture and prepares you for future success.
