Trish Ferrett
Director, Talent AcquisitionAs Director of Talent at Bixal, Trish builds inclusive, human-centered hiring strategies that go beyond simply finding the right people—they create a sense of belonging from day one. With a background in both the public and nonprofit sectors, her work supports digital transformation, federal health initiatives, and mission-driven teams that make a measurable impact.
Known for blending strategic insight with humor and heart, Trish champions transparency, smarter systems, and a hiring process that respects candidates’ time (because no one should have to fill out the same form twice).
Before joining Bixal, she led talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts at The Trevor Project and Save the Children. She’s a certified Technical Recruiter and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), with an MBA from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor of Music from James Madison University (Go Dukes!).
Outside of work, Trish is a rescue dog mom and advocate, a rock band frontwoman, a rabid Washington Nationals and Baltimore Ravens fan, and the unofficial queen of the hiring parody song.
Let’s build teams that make things better—for people, for government, and for good.
